REQUEST FOR QUOTATION
There are a few ways to obtain a price quotation. You can start by giving us a call or send us an email to email@example.com
with the following details:
Item and service description - let us know what we can do for you.
Dimension of your desired furnishing - allow us to come out with a cost estimate for your furniture.
Reference design (if any) - Any design that requires extra labor or finishing (outside regular aspects) to complete will be subjected to additional charges and therefore cause a corresponding impact on the accuracy of the price we quote.
Details should not be neglected as we want to avoid any misunderstanding during the actual site survey and the official price quotations.
However, if you are confident about what you want, why not just skip the steps and schedule an onsite consultation with us? From measurement, angle calculation, and technical advice to translating your ideas into hand sketches, we trust ourselves to take care of your requirement in full range with our extensive experience.
It's easy! If you need more information, you can contact us, and we will be more than happy to help!
Made-to-order furniture is built according to individual specifications and site conditions. Therefore we provide an on-site consultation to ensure that all requirements and prices quoted by us will be accurate for your review. All quotes are valid for 60 days from the date shown on the quotation unless otherwise specified in writing by us.
Contract confirmation will be the final step to confirm your orders and selections.
Upon acknowledgment and confirmation of orders, you will have to make a 50% deposit of the total project cost, and we will begin the fabrication of your furniture at our workshop before installation at the assigned site.
Installation and project completion
By regulation, all works will be subjected to management or HDB approval. On the arranged date for installation, we will perform the fitting work on the assigned site.
Upon installation, 35% of the project cost shall be made, followed by 10% and 5% upon project completion.
Any project that requires only a one-time installation to complete will be subjected to 50% of the project cost upon project completion.
